Being visible to the media and the customers is the main target of trivago, so we are searching for a person who is an expert in media and can develop our presence in Greece and Cyprus.

Job Requirements

• You will build connections with influencers and present trivago as the leader in the hotel industry.
• You will become our representative and trivago’s voice in the Greek and Cypriot media.
• You will plan and throw events.
• You will craft original content with the help of the Content Marketing and Communication teams and our Intelligence which may be offered to media sources.
• You will explore all the travel and lifestyle fashions and offer us an insight in the competition and the chances for publicity.
• You will write press releases and present them to the media.
• You will discover what makes trivago better and find ways to promote us.

Qualifications

• Speak Greek proficiently and be fluent in English
• Have worked from two to three years in PR and internal communication
• Have graduated as a Bachelor in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Sales or anything similar
• Have resided in Greece or Cyprus for some time thus gaining sufficient understanding of the media and travel trends
• Know efficient ways to reach out to influencers and base a business connection
• Be able to write and speak your ideas and opinions fluently and seamlessly
• Be convincing and persuasive with your words
• Have charisma, charm, and high self-esteem in front of an audience
• Be proficient in your writing and follow different styles
• Have a great experience in working with Microsoft Office suite.
