Fraud & Billing Intern for Online Games (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring payments to detect possible fraud
• ​Customer support in different languages (ticket system)
• Resolving issues related to payments using merchant accounts
• Alerting engineering in case of failures in payment flows
• Work in a team and share information across multiple international teams
• Weekend shift at least once a month

Your qualifications:

• A French native speaker
• Working knowledge of English, any additional language is a plus
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Responsible attitude, punctuality, attention to detail
• Ability for multitasking (switching between activities when needed)
• Knowledge of common operating systems and MS Office
• Experience in online payment solutions is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) games is a plus
