MODOMOTO was the first company to offer a ‘Curated Shopping Service’ in Germany. You will accompany our customers on a journey to finding their own personal style. From head to toe you understand their needs and will make sure they receive pieces that complete their personality, their lifestyle and make them feel confident.
You will communicate with customers via phone or e-mail on a day to day basis, therefore to be successful in this role you must be a great communicator, possess a kick-ass personality that shines through and of course, have a flair and passion for fashion!
- A native level speaker in Dutch and also fluent in English
- You must be a great communicator over the phone and by e-mail and enjoy speaking with customers and being their committed person of trust in all matters of fashion
- You are driven, a go-getter, and like to work to targets
- You enjoy working as part of a team but also feel comfortable with being responsible for your own customers and for your own targets.
Nice to have:
