ICWE is an event and media company, which specialises in staging events and communication campaigns worldwide. We design, plan and organise international conferences, exhibitions, events and communication strategies for our clients, as well as our own projects in the fields of education and careers, language learning, technology-enhanced learning and higher education.

For our Berlin office we are looking for an:

Event Project Coordinator, full-time

Start date: immediately

Your tasks:

Tasks:

• Project planning and implementation
• Content development for newsletters, websites and conference material
• CMS coordination and contribution
• Assisting the Managing Director in event programme development, communication campaigns and outreach
• Working on-site at international and national events
• Oversight and contribution to external events
• Liaising with clients

Requirements:

• Experience in the event or service industry
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Understanding of international business culture
• Courteous, professional and shows initiative
• Ability to multi-task, to work independently as well as in a team
• A good working knowledge of MS Office package 2010
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus
• Able to work under pressure Well-structured and organised
• Friendly and professional writing manner
• Mother Tongue or equivalent in written and spoken English
• Working proficiency in German
• French knowledge is a plus
