Job description

• You will manage the organization of English training schedules
• You will conduct and oversee English trainings such as weekly and intensive courses
• You will support employees with planning for individual training.
• You will manage the evaluation of trainings and their development as necessary.
• You will manage keeping training materials updated and improved
• You will provide operational business support to ensure use and understanding of business English

Job qualifications

• You have more than one year of experience in English adult education
• Adequate certifications such as CELTA, TOEFL or equivalent
• Native English speaker, excellent English skills
• German at a native speaker level
• Great at communication
• Great at teaching
• Able to work under pressure and an initiative-taker
• Highly customer-oriented
