Customer service is very important to Babbel, and to improve our customer service team we are looking for a strong native English speaking Customer Service Agent.

Your Profile

• You’ve dealt with a large amount of customer service requests before through email for an online company
• You’ve been able to handle customer service requests efficiently due to your knowledge of how to most effectively provide customer service in a quality way
• You’re a self-starter and self-motivated. You are good at independently prioritizing tasks.
• You are able to handle a lot of information at once and are able to handle that information even as your environment changes
• You get along great with other team members.
• You love to learn new things and you have a solutions-oriented working personality
• You are amazing at your work. We want our customers to receive the best service.

Your Qualifications

• You have had at least one year’s experience in the field of customer service.
• You always learn fast.
• You can write and speak very well in English
• You are legally permitted to work in the European Union
