English speaking Administrative Assistant

Job description:

You’ll be the point of contact for ZTE employees. You’ll also be the contact for people outside the company such as visitors, clients, partners, government officials and others.

Duties include:

  • Responding to telephone, mail and email inquiries
  • Managing logistical and office bills
  • Meeting visitors
  • Arranging accommodation and travel bookings, and setting up meetings and events
  • Managing office logistics


  • Prior experience in office administration
  • Very organized and coordinated
  • Great at working in multicultural office setting
  • Good English skills required. Fluent German or Chinese also needed.
  • Very professional and a people person, can communicate well with people at all levels
  • Microsoft office literate
  • Works well under pressure, able to multitask
