Do you love football and want to drive groundbreaking digital coverage of the global game? We are looking for a creative, passionate and results-focused manager to lead our Russian editorial team. Based in Berlin, this role will focus on telling the world’s football stories to our Russian speaking audience.

Your role

• Lead and inspire a team of Russian-language content editors
• Drive growth of Russian-language output across all Onefootball platforms
• Ensure all content is delivered in line with company KPIs and targets
• Edit and publish multimedia content across all Onefootball platforms
• Ensure adequate staffing and coverage in place for the Russian market
• Contribute to video/audio productions if required, both behind and in front of the camera/microphone
• Respond to changing digital trends with creativity and innovation
• Co-ordinate editorial strategy for your team

Your profile

• 4+ years relevant experience
• Passionate football fan with profound knowledge of the football landscape, with a particular focus on Russian leagues
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Russian and English
• Experience in leading a team
• Numbers-driven with a keen understanding of KPIs and analytics
• Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure
• Digital native with strong ideas and creativity
• Passion to innovate on social platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
