<p><b>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Be part of our fast-growing team and actively help us further improve and develop our service.</li>
<li>You are responsible for a great customer experience: starting with their on-boarding all the way to publishing their job ads.</li>
<li>Be the go-to person for our B2B clients and help them navigate the recruiting market: you are part of their journey by creating, optimizing, and improving their ads as well as answering their questions along the way.</li>
<li>Contribute to further improving our product by forwarding client feedback to our product team.</li>
<li>Cooperate closely with our driven Sales team to keep our database and CRM system up-to-date.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>YOUR QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>
<ul>
<li>You love to help and interact with customers: ideally, you already have some experience in Customer Support, Relationship Management or another customer-related field.</li>
<li>Your communication skills are top-notch and you excel in verbal and written exchange.</li>
<li>Ideally, you have experience working in or around tech-oriented Startups.</li>
<li>Your organizational skills and level-headed mindset help you through challenging situations.</li>
<li>You are a native English speaker &#8211; German is a plus.</li>
</ul>
