Customer Relationship Manager (for Dutch speakers) (m/f)

As a Customer Relationship Manager (m/f) you are the first contact person for all borrowers and investors from the Dutch Market. Your responsibilities include:

  • In- and outbound communication with our customers (borrowers and investors) via phone and e-mail
  • Answering questions and helping customers in having a great user experience when applying for a loan
  • Customer-oriented consulting and support for all borrowers and investors
  • Cross- and upselling to customers
  • Effectively approaching borrowers that were not able to fulfil their monthly payments
  • Documenting current processes and improving processes where possible
  • Participation in projects and collaboration with other departments (e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Underwriting)


  • First working experience as a Customer Service Agent, ideally in a banking, financial intermediary, and/or a FinTech company
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Business fluent Dutch and English skills (written and spoken). Any other language – like German – is not required but an additional plus
  • Experience in the use of Salesforce is a plus
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized and using your time efficiently
  • A great sense of responsibility and a quick understanding of IT-systems
