To achieve our goal we are looking for the best talent in a wide range of professions. Currently, we are looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Care Agent (m/f) to join us right away.</p>
<p><strong>Your responsibility</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Delivering a world-class, end-to-end customer experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assisting customers with any questions regarding Movinga and it’s services before, during and after the move.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proactively dealing with any issues and resolve customer requests from multiple channels  </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensuring a smooth order process for customers, from start to finish</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintaining a high level of drive, enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the day</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Exceeding expectations and targets and actively seek out new opportunities for growth</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>You are an empathic personality with excellent communication and listening skills and a pleasant telephone manner</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ideally, you have already gained experience in a Call Center or Customer Support</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You have a passion for delivering experience and a strong customer service mind</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Your way of working is characterized by a high degree of reliability and organizational skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>You can deal in a friendly manner both with coworkers and clients</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Your entrepreneurial spirit as well as your pro-active and hands-on attitude makes you the perfect fit for this position</p>

<p>You possess strong web and computer skills: MS Office, Salesforce.com desirable</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>In addition to being business fluent in Swedish, you possess excellent English skills (both spoken and written)</p>
