To continue our success story we are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative who will manage, validate and qualify inbound leads, and develop them to sales qualified opportunities. You will also develop outbound leads and qualify against defined market segments and company prospects to meet company pipeline growth goals.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Managing the inbound lead queue for defined territories
  • Validating and qualifying leads against defined criteria
  • Working the leads and moving them to sales ready opportunities for handover to Sales Executives
  • Setting up appointments and webex to identify business pains, qualify status of prospects and business requirements
  • Nurturing historic leads in a timely manner to align the selling and buying process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all key sales and marketing colleagues to ensure that our processes and communications are efficient and effective
  • Gaining a good understanding of the Mambu solution and value proposition to articulate and identify where Mambu can add value to a prospect
  • Managing and reporting on your lead and opportunity handover pipeline and account status while capturing data about every interaction and follow-up tasks that move the conversation towards resolution

You need to have:

  • Relevant experience in B2B SDR sales skills with experience on a fast changing market
  • Desire to learn, develop and be a winner both at a team and individual level
  • Good listening skills and ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders while gathering information via questioning
  • Relevant experience working with the financial or banking industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with modern social media and communication tools
  • Ability to efficiently manage repeatable processes and perform at a high level to consistently meet sales pipeline quota
  • Ability to work closely with sales, marketing  and other internal stakeholders
  • Self starter attitude and ambition with a desire to move into sales

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience of SAAS B2B SDR work
  • Experience of financial or banking software market
  • Experience with various sales tools and technologies (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Additional written or spoken languages beyond English
