To continue our success story we are looking for an ambitious Partner Manager who will be able to build and extend the Mambu partner program covering complimentary ecosystem solutions, resellers, technical partners and SI’s / Influencers.

This role is also expected to develop to be the global leadership for our future regional partner teams. These partnerships will complement our direct sales approach and help drive our mid term revenue goals and ensure we have the right mix of Geographical coverage, localization and influence with our target clients and markets globally.

Mambu will to continue to build and expand the local and regional market penetration in our chosen segments and become the leading player in providing solutions to new innovators and disruptors and replacing older legacy solutions with a significantly more flexible, cost effective dynamic platform supported by our partner ecosystems.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Building on the current Mambu partner ecosystem, ensuring relationships are strong and grow repeatable revenues for both parties
  • Identifying selective new partners in our prioritized market segments and geographies globally aligned to our Go To Market Strategy
  • Enhancing and standardizing the current commercial model for our various partner categories
  • Expanding and formalizing the partner competence and training program 
  • Setting annual partner revenue and opportunity targets and review/report on a quarterly basis
  • Ensuring partner leads and opportunities are logged and visible in Mambu’s CRM and providing regular forecasting as part of the overall sales forecasting process
  • Gaining a good understanding of the Mambu product to be able to fully articulate and demonstrate its value, functionality 
  • Coordinating with partners and Mambu executives on deal negotiation
  • Managing and reporting on your lead and opportunity pipeline and account status while capturing data about every interaction and follow-up tasks that move the conversation towards resolution

You need to have:

  • Relevant experience in building and managing complex partner channels with a variety of partner types across multiple geographies
  • Proven track record of proactively targeting and signing up relevant partners who can drive repeatable revenues for all parties
  • Relevant experience working with the financial or banking industry preferably with retail banking focused on consumer or SME products such as loans and deposits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills being able to articulate the value Mambu brings to an end customer and what the value is for a partner
  • A strong eye for organization, process and being detail oriented working on numerous engagements/ conversations simultaneously
  • Solid technical understanding of SaaS, cloud technology and delivery models and how they apply to the financial services industry
  • Ability to work closely with pre sales and other internal stakeholders
  • Self starter attitude and ability to deliver and build a repeatable revenue stream

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience of building and working in a collaborative partner ecosystem within a disruptive  B2B environment
  • Experience with various sales tools and technologies (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Experience with SaaS delivery models and partnership channels 
  • Desire to travel internationally to meet partners and attend conference events
  • Additional written or spoken languages beyond English
