Right now, we want to expand our Product and Technology team with a Jr. Product Manager (m/f).
Tasks:

Work with internal and external stakeholders and within a cross-functional team to support the delivery of the Product Roadmap

Participate actively in working sessions to define the scope and solution to business problems or ideas

Translate the resulting solutions into detailed requirements and work with user experience/design, engineering and QA to ensure they are implemented correctly

Monitor customer satisfaction and other KPIs to identify where we can improve performance
-
Analyse the competition and keep abreast of new technologies to ensure that our digital experience is constantly being critiqued and improved on
Profile:
-
Bachelor or Master degree in business informatics, information systems, business administration with emphasis on computer science or similar field

Outstanding record of academic achievement
-
First experience in working in a digital or product development environment is desirable
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Able to multi-task various projects and tasks at one time
-
Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
-
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
-
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English
- German is a plus
