To continue our success story we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Support Manager who is excited about finding solutions to complex issues and providing amazing support to our customers.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Prioritizing support tickets and setting up escalation structures
  • Managing the communication within the support team to ensure minimum response times
  • Set the team’s tone for all the communication with customers
  • Monitor and establish Service Level Agreements between customers, the support team and internal/external support levels
  • Researching and recommending new tools for improving our existing processes

You need to have:

  • Solid background in customer support for an enterprise software
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills in English
  • Passion for interacting with customers via different channels
  • Hands-on approach to challenges
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience working with other companies in the financial domain
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Zendesk, Desk.com or similar customer support software
  • Strong desire for working in an energetic and fast paced environment
