Job Requirements
- You will communicate with the international customers through phone calls and emails.
- You will offer help to consumers about our products and processes.
- You will oversee eBay, Amazon, and other similar marketplaces.
- You will control and handle requests from customers.
- You will establish communication and editing services for the Back Office.
- You will collaborate with other departments within our company.
Qualifications
- Preferably, have been an apprentice or otherwise participated in training programs
- Previous work in customer service
- Speak Spanish/French/Polish/Italian on a native-level and communicate fluently in German or English
- Very polite over the phone and focused on the customer’s needs
- Communicate, write and speak exceptionally
- Passion for electronics and technology would be an advantage
- Great at solving problems and complex processes
- Can contribute both in teams and alone
