For our company we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Agent (m/f) for the Dutch market who is not afraid of taking challenges and who supports our creative team pro-actively in Berlin.
Your tasks
- You communicate via email and phone with our Dutch customers and cleaners and provide a first-class service
- You deal with complaints in a calm and competent mannner and can handle even difficult situations with success
- You help us guarantee the high quality of our cleaners
- You always stay service-oriented
Your Tiger skills
- You convince everyone by your open-minded personality and your first-class service mentality
- You are a team player and you love to work with other people
- You have excellent communication and good computer skills (e.g. MS Office)
- You speak Dutch at a native level and very good English
- You don’t mind working in shifts
