Purpose of Role:
To deliver an administrative support function to the Sales Account Managers and Directors by means of client quotations, order processing with excellent internal and external communications.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients and respond to any requirements.
- Produce Customer Quotations on request
- Processing of Customer Orders in Navision
- Provide updated order progress to customer from point of entry to completion
- Liaising with Commercial Department to ensure orders are placed with supplier and to obtain accurate etas
- Liaise with Logistics team regarding any shipping queries
- Notify customer when goods are shipping, provide POD reports when delivered.
- Liaise with internal salespeople to discuss any current client issues.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Account Managers/Directors (additional quote requests, pricing for bids/large projects)
- Ad-hoc reporting
